後備軍人輔導組織其主要目的是凝聚熱心的後備軍人，運用其散佈各個行業的特性，為廣大的後備軍人服務，協助推行地方建設,凡後備軍人對動員、點教召的兵役行政或遇災難緊急事件的服務申請及一般 生活疑難、合法權益之陳情、建議、查詢、委託等，服務中心將竭盡全力協助處理
