黎明城鄉發展協會暨黎明生態保育教育園區：

黎明新村的興建，是台灣省政府為了安置從台北市搬遷至台中市辦公的省屬機關，這是省府自民國46年疏遷中興新村之後，又一批大規模搬遷台中的一項重大工程計劃。 這是一個具有規模的新社區；村內市場，運動場都很齊備，學校原已有黎明國中一所，另外新設黎明國小一所。本村除設一鄰里公園外，每於5、60戶之間設一小型綠地，做為各戶戶外活動及兒童遊戲場，並另設有停車場。其他如村內道路、雨水排水道、污水處理系統等管線設施，及自來水、電力、堤防、電信、天然瓦斯管線等，都已配合住宅興建工程施工興建，可以說是公共設施最為完善的社區。
