緣起

本會是集合一群亞斯患者家長代表.自閉症康復師訓練師..以及出錢又出力的社會人士共同參與，並經過精心籌備和台中市政府鼎力支持協助下，於中華民國 100年7月20日經台中市社會局市核准(府市社團字第0423號)，並於中華民國100年11月13日正式成立。
