聚光之家的目標是在社區中，關懷孩童之身心靈之照護、提供弱勢或低收入戶家庭身心輔導及諮詢，並促進社會大眾對心智障礙者的認識、瞭解與接受，使耶穌的愛成為照亮社區的光！
