康百視國際交流協會 (簡稱 CIEA, English below)
康百視國際交流協會是內政部立案，設立於台中的非營利組織，旨在推廣台灣的國際化、增進台灣和國際社群之間的積極交流，並提高台灣作為世界級商業、貿易、投資和休閒觀光為目的地，進而拓展全球能見度，該協會的主要目標包括：

※促進台灣當地和外國社群之間的跨文化理解和交流。
※通過資訊交流和活動在本地和全國層面上提高台灣的國際化水平。
※鼓勵雙語(英語/中文)環境。
※向外國遊客和居民推廣台灣的文化、商業和觀光景點。
※推廣台灣作為國際商業和投資目的地。
※協助並與台灣地方和國家政府的計劃合作，實現上述目標。
為了實現上述目標，協會與康百視雜誌集團緊密合作，通過其每月發行的雜誌、網站和社交媒體通路，編撰和發送多元化的雙語城市指南資訊。本會還與每年在台中舉辦的大型活動康百視國際美食音樂節有相關聯性，該活動已經在台中舉辦了近20年。

康百視國際交流協會由北、中、南台灣的外國和台灣會員組成，共同分享協會的目標。本協會積極尋求並歡迎與本地和國際企業以及政府機構，達成互惠互利的合作夥伴關係，這些支持和合作對於協會的計劃、活動和推廣工作至關重要。

ABOUT US
Compass Intercultural Exchange Association (康百視國際交流協會) is a nationally registered, Taichung-based non-profit association dedicated to promoting Taiwan’s internationalization, a variety of positive exchanges between Taiwanese and international communities, and Taiwan’s global visibility as a world-class business, trade, investment and leisure destination. The Association’s main goals are:
Promoting intercultural understanding and exchanges between Taiwan’s local and foreign communities
Boosting internationalization in Taiwan on a local and national level through information and activities
Encouraging a bilingual English/Chinese environment
Marketing and promoting Taiwan’s cultural, commercial and natural attractions to foreign visitors and residents
Promoting Taiwan as an international business and investment destination
Assisting and cooperating with Taiwan local and national government initiatives to accomplish the above goals. As part of its efforts to achieve the above goals, the Association works closely with Compass Magazine Group, which compiles and distributes a wide variety of bilingual city-guide information via its monthly magazine, website and social media channels. The Association is also closely affiliated with the annual Compass International Food & Music Festival, a large-scale event that has been held in Taichung annually for almost 20 years. Compass Intercultural Exchange Association is made up of foreign and Taiwanese members in northern, central and southern Taiwan who share the association’s goals. The Association also seeks and welcomes opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with local and international businesses and government organizations, whose support and cooperation are essential to the Association’s initiatives, events and promotional efforts.
