雲林繩州隊，以雲林縣消防局的英勇精神為靈感，結合當地文化中的霹靂布袋戲元素，呈現雲州大儒俠的風采。團名寓意著結合消防英雄的堅毅與文化傳統的神奇，織成一支充滿創意與冒險精神的團隊。

「雲林繩州隊」，誕生於2020年4月22日，最初由少數幾位繩索愛好者，於休假時他們經常相約練習繩索技巧。
隊伍正式成立於報名參加「2022年橋。繩索救援交流賽」的那一天，並以「雲林繩州隊」為名。
