【2026墾丁秋季遷徙猛禽調查－9月份小結】

2026年9月份未受到颱風直接侵擾，加上提早抵達的第一波東北風，整體來說天氣還算涼爽舒適，直到9月底才來一波秋老虎的下馬威。
在缺乏惡劣天氣阻礙的情況下，赤腹鷹順利在9月中旬達到過境高峰，連續數日達到上萬隻的過境數量，並且在9月下旬逐漸減少。雖然最近中午進場的鷹群實在沒什麼氣勢，不過近幾年10月初偶爾還會冒出一波小高峰，也讓我們期待接下來還有多少赤腹鷹，還在某個中途休息地蓄勢待發。
大部分遷徙猛禽在9月中下旬後才會變得比較活躍，包含魚鷹、遊隼、澤鵟類與東方蜂鷹等。今年其他猛禽的過境狀況稍顯冷清，除了日本松雀鷹大幅領先外，3種隼類都還有點散漫，數量略低於近10年同期的平均值。
判定超級棘手的東方蜂鷹數量雖然因為判定標準調整而減少，但體感上今年確實沒有往年活絡。
其他小鳥方面~今天我們記錄到本季第一隻鵐。非猛禽類也與猛禽過境狀況相似，似乎不如往年熱鬧，清晨的天空中少了鷚和鶺鴒吱吱喳喳成群飛過的身影，燕鴴更幾乎不見蹤影。到底是什麼因素影響了過境呢?
時序進入10月上旬，大家引頸期盼第一隻灰面鵟鷹通過調查點的同時，也記得先熟悉隼類的辨識特徵，他們的過境高峰也正要展開。

September 2026 was mostly sunny. With no prolonged periods of severe weather, Chinese Sparrowhawk migration began building in early September, peaked in mid-September, and has gradually declined since then. Although migration has been relatively quiet over the past few days, early October still occasionally brings days with thousands of Chinese Sparrowhawks, so we're looking forward to seeing more in the weeks ahead.
Migration of other raptor species has been relatively quiet this year. Apart from Japanese Sparrowhawks, numbers of Peregrine Falcons, Eurasian Kestrels, and Eurasian Hobbies have all remained below the recent average. Non-raptor migrants such as Oriental Pratincoles, pipits, and wagtails have also been less active than usual.
What factors are shaping this year's migration? We'll keep watching.
