每個孩子的學習速度，都不一樣。🌱
有的孩子可能數學跟不上，有的孩子英文需要多一點時間，有時候，孩子需要的甚至不只是「有人告訴他答案」，而是一個願意陪他慢慢理解的人。
因此，在惠瑜慈善協會的課輔班中，我們重視 **1 對 1、1 對 2 的陪伴式課輔**。
少一點大班教學的距離，多一點真正看見孩子的機會。💛
志工老師可以依照每位孩子不同的學習進度，陪伴他們完成作業、複習學校課程，也從一次次相處中，慢慢了解孩子容易卡住的地方。
當孩子不懂時，我們希望有人願意再說一次；
當孩子覺得「我就是不會」時，也有人願意告訴他：「沒關係，我們再試一次。」
我們相信，課後輔導不只是把題目教會，更希望透過穩定的陪伴，讓孩子一點一點建立學習的信心與動力。✨
每一份耐心，都可能成為孩子繼續往前的一小步。❤️

Every child learns at a different pace. 🌱
Some children may struggle with math, while others need a little more time with English. Sometimes, what they need is not simply someone to give them the answer, but someone who is willing to stay by their side and help them understand step by step.
That is why Michelle Chiou Foundation values **one-on-one and one-on-two tutoring**.
With fewer students in each session, our volunteer tutors have more opportunities to truly understand each child’s learning needs. 💛
They can support students with homework, review school lessons, and gradually discover where each child may need extra help through consistent interaction and companionship.
When a child does not understand, we hope there is someone willing to explain it one more time.
When a child thinks, “I just can’t do it,” we hope there is someone there to say, “It’s okay. Let’s try again together.”
We believe after-school tutoring is about more than helping children solve problems or improve their grades. Through steady support and encouragement, we hope to help them gradually build confidence, motivation, and a more positive attitude toward learning. ✨
Every little bit of patience can become an important step forward in a child’s journey. ❤️
