社 區 特 色
1. 社區內有屏東市生意最好的公有北區市場，場內雞鴨魚肉、山海產、各種菜色、水果、小吃樣樣俱全，而本里最有名的小吃－肉圓，多達五間，別具特色，皆生意興隆、遠近馳名。
2. 社區內精神寄託為斯文里真武宮寺廟，香火鼎盛，建築美侖美範奐。
社區內主要機關、學校、寺廟、古蹟：
‧ 寺廟：斯文里真武宮、天鐘
‧ 教會：迦南基督長老教會、磐石教會、屏東會幕堂。
