本會成立於民國95年4月22日,以屏東縣為組織區域，並以提升生活品質, 促進國民身心健康,以發揚各族群文化, 建立和諧社會為旨。主要以族群文化之蒐集整理編著、導覽及各族群傳統技藝、食藝、花藝音樂、舞蹈等之研習與推展， 並服務政府機關與民間團體和各人之委託為主要工作項目。近年來~脇會為了推展德文咖啡，進行部落咖啡產業推動專案～「悠塔德文咖啡」，歡迎大家來體驗!!
