台灣事故傷害預防與安全促進學會

本學會成立於1997年，以聯合全國熱心事故傷害預防與安全促進之機關團體及各界人士，協力推動全國事故傷害預防與安全促進之事業及研究，以期減少生命損失，增進國人健康並營造安全環境及安全文化為宗旨。

本學會之前身為「中華民國外傷預防協會」，成立於1997年，後為順應世界潮流，強調除了傷害預防（Injury Prevention）之外，更要積極推動安全促進（Safety Promotion），於是在綜合會員之意見並考慮本會未來發展後，於2002年通過並正式更名為台灣事故傷害預防與安全促進學會」，英文名稱為Taiwanese Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion Association（TIPSPA）。

宗旨
本會以聯合全國熱心事故傷害預防與安全促進之機關團體及各界人士，協力推動全國事故傷害預防與安全促進之事業及研究，以期減少生命損失，增進國人健康並營造安全環境及安全文化為宗旨。

任務
-促進及協助政府推動事故傷害預防與安全促進之有關事項。
-進行研究並建立全國性事故傷害資料，提供調查和統計的依據，進而以為相關之傷害預防與安全促進計畫或政策評估之用。
-加強與國際傷害預防與安全促進機構或團體之聯繫與各項合作事宜。
-增進會員間之聯繫與舉辦各種與傷害預防及安全促進有關之活動。
-其他有關事故傷害預防與安全促進之工作項目。

台灣事故傷害預防與安全促進學會、財團法人台灣玩具暨生活用品研發檢測中心與經濟部標準檢驗局，2026/07/12(日)-13(一)於臺北世貿一館，配合2026台灣國際婦幼展，舉辦2026兒童用品及玩具安全知性活動。藉由實物展示、闖關遊戲、問卷填答，來宣導兒童安全、預防傷害發生。

Taiwan Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion Association, Taiwan Center for R&D and Testing for Commodities, and Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs jointly held the 2026 Children’s Products and Toy Safety Educational Event from Sunday, July 12 to Monday, July 13, 2026, at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, in conjunction with the 2026 Taiwan Kids Expo (TKE). Through product displays, interactive challenge games, and questionnaire activities, the event aims to raise awareness of child safety and help prevent injuries.

台灣事故傷害預防與安全促進學會、財團法人台灣玩具暨生活用品研發檢測中心與經濟部標準檢驗局，2026/07/04(六)於臺中國立自然科學博物館，舉辦2026兒童用品及玩具安全知性活動。藉由實物展示、闖關遊戲(如戰鬥陀螺)、問卷填答，來宣導兒童安全、預防傷害發生。

Taiwan Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion Association, Taiwan Center for R&D and Testing for Commodities, and Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs jointly held the 2026 Children’s Products and Toy Safety Educational Event on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the National Museum of Natural Science in Taichung City. Through physical exhibits, interactive challenge games such as Beyblade, and a questionnaire survey, the event aimed to promote awareness of child safety and help prevent injury.

2026/06/01(一)，理事長、常務理事與秘書長於屏東縣衛生局，舉辦「兒童事故傷害防制宣導計畫教育訓練」，對象為衛生所公衛護士。

On June 1, 2026 (Monday), the Chairperson, Executive Director, and Secretary-General held an educational training session for the Child Injury Prevention Promotion Program at the Pingtung County Health Bureau, with public health nurses from local health centers serving as the primary participants.

理事長、秘書長、秘書、常務理事與會員，於2026/05/25(星期一)開會，討論：屏東縣工作坊演講內容、115年臺北市內湖區事故傷害監測分析案與未來工作坊規劃。

The Chairperson, Secretary-General, Secretary, Executive Directors, and members held a meeting on Monday, May 25, 2026, to discuss the following items: the presentation content for the Pingtung County workshop, the 2026 Taipei City Neihu District injury surveillance analysis project, and planning for future work.

、財團法人台灣玩具暨生活用品研發檢測中心與經濟部標準檢驗局，2026/04/25(六)於基隆國立海洋科技博物館，舉辦2026兒童用品及玩具安全知性活動。藉由實物展示、闖關活動、問卷填答，來宣導兒童安全、預防傷害發生。

Taiwan Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion Association, Taiwan Center for R&D and Testing for Commodities, and Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs jointly held the 2026 Children’s Products and Toy Safety Educational Event on April 25, 2026 (Saturday) at the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology in Keelung City. Through physical exhibits, interactive activity station, and questionnaire survey, the event aimed to promote awareness of child safety and prevent injury occurrence.

2026/04/18(星期六)舉行「2026烏來安全社區認證典禮」。烏來區歷經風災，飽受災害困擾，自2019年起推動安全社區，在天然災害防治、交通安全、居家安全、學校安全、休閒安全及蓄意性傷害防治，六大安全議題提出改進對策方案，榮獲世界衛生組織國際安全社區認證中心(WHO ISCCC)審查通過，正式加入國際安全社區網絡，成為全球第443個國際安全社區。

On April 18, 2026 (Saturday), the “2026 Wulai Safe Community Certification Ceremony” was held. Having experienced severe damage from typhoons, Wulai District has long been affected by natural disasters. Since 2019, the district has promoted the Safe Community initiative, developing improvement strategies across six major safety domains: disaster prevention, traffic safety, home safety, school safety, leisure safety, and intentional injury prevention. It has successfully passed the review of the World Health Organization International Safe Community Certifying Center (WHO ISCCC) officially joining the International Safe Community Network as the 443rd certified Safe Community worldwide.

2026/04/17(星期五)，國際安全社區評審參訪內湖大湖公園，內湖安全社區各主委把握機會提問請益。

On Friday, April 17, 2026, the assessment team from the World Health Organization International Safe Community Certifying Center (WHO ISCCC) visited Dahu Park in Neihu. During the visit, the committee chairs of the Neihu Safe Community took the opportunity to seek advice and exchange views.

今年公共衛生聯合年會，10/24(六)-10/25(日)於國立成功大學舉辦，大會主題「共築韌性社會：從人、環境到系統的公共衛生行動」。2026/02/09召開第一次籌備會、場地勘查、並拜會國立成功大學校長。

The 2026 Taiwan Public Health Joint Annual Conference will be held on October 24 (Saturday) to October 25 (Sunday) at National Cheng Kung University.
The conference theme is “Building a Resilient Society Together: Public Health Actions from People, Environment, to Systems.” The first preparatory meeting, venue inspection, and a courtesy visit to the President of National Cheng Kung University are scheduled for February 9, 2026.
