穿梭於都市和部落的一群人，回家後(斯瓦細格部落)，意識到城鄉差距及年輕人口外流嚴重，因而組織協會，並以培育部落人才、教育推廣、特色產業推動、環境保護、傳承文化為主，以達到部落創生永續之發展為主軸。
