澎湖縣建築師公會於2023年2月1日成立，為維護建築師職業權益、提升專業技術、加強會員聯繫與紀律管理，並作為縣政府與民間橋梁，協助推行建管法規、建築師業務審查（如建照協審、使用執照勘驗）、公共安全鑑定並維護執業環境促進永續建築發展。
