本會以保障會員權益、增進專業投資知能，推行證照制度化，提升本會會員生活及協調勞動條件勞資事務，並促進專業知能，改善本會勞工生活及協調勞動條件，並增進台灣財務金融等投資相關產業之締結、經由舉辦各論壇活動、參訪 、研習、教育訓練及輔導從業人員取得相關財金證照及專業資訊策略聯盟、藉由舉辦兩岸國際相互交流及互訪行程與規劃，放眼世界，創造附加價值，增進友誼及監督落實企業社會責任為宗旨。
