雙龍寺是一座三層樓建築，是台灣廟宇常見的「南式」建築，左右對稱和諧? 雙龍寺鎮殿主神，「董公真仙」與「迦毘羅王」兩尊金身，是全台歷史最為悠久的金身，正殿上另有安奉中壇元帥，兩旁則有月老公與註生娘娘，三樓是為凌霄寶殿。開闊的前庭與南天門相互呼應。
