Seattle Kaohsiung Sister City Association Seattle Kaohsiung Sister City Association is created to form and strengthens partnership between Seattle and Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The City of Kaohsiung is the second largest city of Taiwan, located on the southern part of the island. The purpose of this page is to keep the public notified of the events the SKSCA will be hosting and support. The SKSCA is created to facilitate ties between the city of Seattle and Kaohsiung, and to promote cultural exchange and economic development.
