致 2026 世界數學邀請賽（World Mathematics Invitational 2026）全體參與者：
千葉縣能夠主辦 2026 世界數學邀請賽（WMI 2026），深感榮幸。
作為日本通往世界的重要門戶——成田國際機場所在地，千葉縣長期以來致力於承辦各類國際活動與會議。
身為千葉縣知事，我謹向來自世界各地的學生、家長以及所有相關人士致上最誠摯的歡迎。衷心期盼本次活動能透過數學這項共同語言，促進學術交流，深化國際理解與友誼。
千葉縣憑藉成田國際機場以及完善的交通網絡，不論在國內或國際間皆享有極佳的交通便利性。雖然位於東京首都圈內，但千葉縣擁有優美的海岸景觀與豐富的自然資源，四季皆展現不同的迷人風貌。
此外，本縣氣候溫和、土地肥沃，孕育出多樣化的農林漁產品，包括日本梨、地瓜以及金目鯛等著名特產。
千葉縣同時擁有許多享譽全國的觀光景點，例如東京迪士尼度假區、成田山新勝寺以及母親牧場（Mother Farm）；此外，各種傳統祭典與文化體驗活動也深受各年齡層民眾喜愛。
我誠摯希望各位能把握此次機會，充分感受並享受千葉縣的多元魅力，讓此次旅程成為一段充實、難忘且富有收穫的珍貴經驗。

Participants of the World Mathematics Invitational 2026, It is a great honor for Chiba Prefecture to host the World Mathematics Invitational (WMI) 2026.
Chiba Prefecture, home to Narita International Airport—Japan’s gateway to the world—has long been committed to accomodating international events and conventions.
As Governor of Chiba Prefecture, I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all the students, parents, and those involved who are visiting from around the world. I sincerely hope that this event will provide a valuable opportunity to deepen academic exchange and mutual international understanding through mathematics.
Chiba Prefecture enjoys excellent accessibility both domestically and internationally thanks to Narita International Airport and its well-developed transportation network. Although located within the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, Chiba is blessed with beautiful coastlines and abundant natural scenery, offering diverse attractions throughout all four seasons. In addition, our mild climate and fertile land produce a rich variety of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, including Japanese pears, sweet potatoes, and golden eye snappers.
Furthermore, Chiba is home to many nationally renowned destinations such as Tokyo Disney Resort, Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and Mother Farm, as well as traditional festivals and cultural experiences enjoyed by people of all ages.
I hope that all of you will take this opportunity to fully experience and enjoy the many charms of Chiba, and that your time here will be fruitful, memorable, and enriching.
In closing, I would like to express my deepest respect to the organizers and all those involved for their tremendous efforts in making this event possible, and I wholeheartedly wish for the great success of this tournament.
