本團由3510地區高雄中山扶輪社所輔導成立，並於2006年1月8日假中山大學海景餐廳舉辦授證 成員為18歲以上青年朋友，志在培養優秀服務青年，並舉辦許多的社會服務活動，使得加入其中的青年男女學習如何經營人際關係、溝通協調、並藉由社團活動使自己更成長，學習到書本上所學不到的社會經驗及不同行業的相關知識。
