主要由龍華國小學生及其家長組成的團體，童軍團的成立旨在培養小孩領導與協作能力、品格養成、戶外冒險與自主學習、尊重自然與環保意識、社會服務與慈善活動及創造友誼與互助關係等全面發展，讓他們在正向的氛圍中成長，建立自信、負責任且具有積極價值觀的人格。透過這樣的成長歷程，成為未來社會的有為份子，為社會帶來正面的影響。
