本會自2017年12月31日起停止運作，想瞭解後勁反五輕運動或至後勁社區參訪? 本會旨在凝聚社區共識，監督中油高煉廠於2015年準時關廠，推動原廠址規劃為生態公園與工業遺址文化園區。本會認為中油應依法令將污染廠址整治完畢後，歸還給人民，並尊重地方意見進行整體都市規劃。
