『高雄東北扶輪青年服務團』自1993年成立以來，由於歷屆團長及各團員的努力，加上輔導社UNCLE們的大力支持，團務運作順利，培養了不少的優秀服務青年，並舉辦許多的社會服務活動，使得加入其中的青年男女學習如何經營人際關係、如何溝通協調、並藉由社團活動使自己更成長，學習到書本上所學不到的社會經驗及其他行業的相關知識。
“R.I.D.3510 Rotaract Club of Kaohsiung NorthEast”(since 1993) are sponsored by Rotary Club of Kaohsiung Northeast, District 3510. The main purpose is to provide an opportunity to enhance the members' knowledge and skills during the process of an individual growth by addressing the needs of this society.
