本會於民國七十年由本人創會成立，在歷屆理監事(九屆廿七年)戰戰兢兢經營下，才有今天一點小規模繼續服務會員，今年已進入第十屆並於民國77年7月在鳳山市購買一棟五層樓房舍(佔地卅六坪)，做為本會辦公會館，為擴大服務岡山地區，於民國94年11 月在岡山鎮添購一棟三層樓辦公會館，並成立岡山辦事處，歡迎岡山地區會員能就近使用。
