KTC-Kaohsiung Toastmasters Club高雄市國際英語演講勵進會 KTC is a branch of Toastmasters International. We aim at promoting public speech. Welcome join us.

KTC was founded in 1963 and is the oldest and largest Toastmaster club in Kaohsiung. The aim of KTC is to promote speaking skills using English as a global language and to help KTC members to own the speaking skills. We welcome anyone interested in global communication to join our meeting help every second and fourth Friday.
