財團法人中華音樂文化教育基金會 基金會於西元1989年4月由陳功雄博士所創辦。

中華音樂文化教育基金會於西元1989年4月由陳功雄博士所創辦。陳功雄教授畢生從事音樂教育、創作、編曲達40年。

愛和樂的舊雨新知們，本基金會於2008年4月4日就步入第20年了。本屆董事長陳品瑜博士除了繼續發揚光大陳教授的愛和樂理念，仍然風塵僕僕在全國各地各級學校、機關團體辦專題講座，至今也有兩百多場了。今後為了能更貼切、廣泛、實質又專業的服務。
