2，了解動物、尊重生命。為動物發聲、推動生命教育，爭取動物福利與動物權。
3，培訓台灣在地協助同伴動物恢復正常生活功能與照育養護的專業技術人才。
4，讓台灣成為人類與動物互重並和諧相處的進步幸福環境。
5，在顧全動物福利的基礎下推廣發展幸福動物事業。
