（一）訓練宗旨：
本會為花蓮縣專業的文化團體，使命在於以本會之專業能力協助縮短城鄉差距，並擔任數位教育的培訓工作。同時我們也期待透過合作經濟相關的技能的教育訓練使弱勢者改善其能力困境，並增進其就業競爭力。
（二）訓練承諾：
1.我們全力提供學員學習與成長所需的設備及資源。
2.我們用心建構學員訓練系統與學習環境。
3.我們真誠輔導學員成為具有專業性及服務熱誠之工作態度。
4.我們真誠輔導弱勢家庭經由訓練走出家庭困境。
