社團法人新竹市心理衛生協會 竹夢園--希望工坊 ~~一個屬於身心障礙者的希望園地~~

長久以來，由於社會大眾對精神疾病瞭解不深，剝奪了許多患者的權益，使得罹患此症的人不但自我唾棄，同時也被家庭、社會所排斥。為促進民眾心理衛生，預防精神疾病發生，協助精神病患獲得完善的醫療照顧與復健，使得康復病患得以早日回歸家庭社會。增強社會大眾對精神病患的關懷與接納，並為之爭取應有的福利乃成立本會；結合家屬、社會熱心人士、心理衛生專業人員，共同努力。
