#2026凌華生命教育校園演出💕
混障綜藝團 劉銘

上午在台北三民國中演出。

這次觀賞的對象，是即將畢業的九年級學生，約170多人。對他們而言，這不只是國中生涯尾聲的一場活動，也可能是在青春轉彎前，一次特別的相遇與感受。

本場演出由凌華教育基金會贊助，感謝他們長期對生命教育與公益活動的支持，讓我們有機會走進校園，用表演、故事與生命經驗，傳遞更多正向的力量。

除了學生之外，學校也邀請部分家長一同觀賞。很多時候，家長所產生的效益與迴響，甚至比學生更深。因為大人走過人生的風雨，更能理解生命中的不容易，也更能從我們的演出與分享裡，看見另一種面對困境的態度與勇氣。

舞台上的燈光，照亮的不只是表演者，也可能照進某些人的心裡。也許一句話、一首歌、一段舞蹈，就能在人生某個低潮時刻，成為重新站起來的力量。

而對學生來說，我們帶去的，或許不只是歡笑與掌聲，而是一份對未來的鼓勵。人生不一定完美，但依然可以精彩；條件或許不同，但每個人都能找到自己的光。

願這場演出，能在他們畢業前夕，留下一點溫暖、一點勇氣，以及對未來更深的相信。

《在不同的舞台，完成相同的光》

五月的演出，如潮湧般展開，兵分二路，已成為必然。

今天，一路前往台北永樂國小，感謝凌華教育基金會的贊助；一路奔赴嘉義育人國小，感謝救國團。在不同的城市，我們點亮同樣的舞台，也傳遞同樣的信念。

兩場皆為國小場次。映入眼簾的，是一張張純真的臉龐--那是國家的幼苗，是未來的主人翁。

願我們帶去的不只是歡笑，更是一份能量，一道光，陪伴他們健康成長，在心中留下溫暖而長久的記憶。

今天，我們各自出發，在不同的地方，完成同一份使命。

變強，靠自己；

📣科技與環境並行 從種下一棵樹開始

凌華科技受邀參加由桃園市龜山區公所與華亞科技園區主辦的植樹活動—「森植未來 溪望永續」，與公部門、園區夥伴企業、當地學校等周邊鄰里攜手，除了種下樹苗，更種下實踐永續發展的承諾。

本次活動由全球財務長 鄒大智以企業代表身體力行，攜手員工投入在地環境行動，展現企業對永續的承諾。面對全球氣候變遷的挑戰，本公司積極透過參與氣候調適行動來響應，致力於：

📣Harmony in Tech and Environment Begins with a Tree

We were honored to join the ”Foresting the Future, Sustaining Our Streams“ initiative, held by the Civil Affairs Office of Guishan District, Taoyuan, and the Hwa Ya Technology Park. This event united government leaders, industry partners, and local schools to take actions for not only planting the seeds for community but also a collective promise to sustainable development.

Led by the Group CFO Jeff Chou, our dedicated employees joined tree-planting actions to further reinforce our commitment to sustainability. This leadership-driven initiative reflects our proactive response to global climate change adaptation with three core pillars:
✅ Environmental Protection and Biodiversity: Strengthening environmental resilience with our stakeholders.
✅ Corporate Social Responsibility: Deepening community ties to build low-carbon sustainable cities and communities

Life Education Campus Tour 💕

Yesterday night at Taiwan Police College, what began as a campus event became something far more meaningful—an evening filled with inspiration, resilience, and heartfelt moments.

Organized by Taiwan Police College, sponsored by the ADLINK Education Foundation, and in collaboration with the Mixed-Disabled Arts Troupe, the event reminded students that true strength comes not only from physical ability, but from courage.

During the event, Chairwoman of ADLINK Education Foundation Dianne Ni stepped onto the stage to share her message. Her presence was calm yet deeply moving. As she looked out at the students, her words were gentle, but they carried a quiet strength that settled into every heart in the room.

She shared that the road ahead will not always be easy—that there will be days filled with pressure, uncertainty, exhaustion, and moments of doubt. When those moments come, she encouraged the students, as future police officers, to remember this night—the performances they witnessed and the genuine smiles shared on stage. In those smiles, she reminded them, lies a powerful strength—the kind that can carry a person through even the hardest challenges in life.

After her thoughtful words, performers from the Mixed-Disabled Arts Troupe came out onto the stage one by one, each carrying stories shaped by hardship, courage, and perseverance. Some lived with visible disabilities, others faced unseen struggles—but all of them stood there with undeniable confidence and grace. In that moment, it became clear that they were not defined by their limitations, but by their determination to rise above them.

That night, I felt grateful for what I have and more aware of the responsibility we all carry to remain strong not only in body, but also in heart. I realized how often I complain about small difficulties, while they continue to move forward with courage, gratitude, and a smile. The event was not just something I attended—it became a personal reminder to be more resilient, more thankful, and more determined in the face of life’s challenges.

對凌華教育基金會而言，教育不只是單次的給予，而是一場長期的陪伴與心靈灌溉。

自 2008 年起，持續頒發 #凌華仲賢獎學金 ，每年遴選 20 位警專優秀學生獲獎，至今已鼓勵數百位警專學子。更有許多人加入基金會志工行列，投身兒童夏令營、青年探索營等公益活動，將這份愛的力量延伸至社會各個角落。

除了獎學金的實質支持，「生命教育校園巡演」 更是凌華長年堅持、從不間斷的校園傳統。我們深信，這些未來的第一線優秀警力，更需要一顆溫暖且堅毅的心。

今年，在劉鴻烈校長與基金會陳黎黎董事的積極促成下，我們再次攜手混障綜藝團走進警專。期許透過這些生命鬥士的故事，鼓勵同學們在繁重的體能與學術壓力下：

📣攜手夥伴響應生物多樣性 啟動瀕危水生植物復育計畫

凌華科技正式宣布參與「2026年華亞科技園區公園生態池認養暨瀕危水生植物復育專案」，與華亞科技園區、在地企業攜手推動生態復育，響應生物多樣性的永續發展。

#2026凌華生命教育校園演出 💕

《在寒風裡，聽見天籟》

上午，在台北三玉國小演出。

冷氣團來襲，寒意層層堆疊。清晨尚未完全甦醒，城市仍縮在灰白的霧氣裡。已經好一段時間沒有這麼早起了，尤其是在必須離開那張溫熱被窩的時刻。身體眷戀著暖意，而責任，將人推向寒風之中。掙扎確實存在。但最終，仍得親手將它放下。因為有些路，一旦選擇了，就不能缺席。

這是農曆春節前，「混障綜藝團」最後一場校園演出。為了讓資源共享，讓感動被分享，除了三玉國小的孩子，也迎來了天母國中的部分學生。而這場冬日裡的聚集，要感謝凌華教育基金會溫暖的成全。燈光亮起之前，禮堂仍微微回盪著清晨的冷。當孩子們開口說話，空氣忽然變得透明。

不知為何，今日聽見那一聲聲童稚的嗓音，格外悅耳。清澈、未染塵埃，如銀鈴輕響，又似山谷初醒。那一刻，我忽然想起莊子所說的「天籟」。

不是技巧，不是節奏，而是生命自然吐露的聲音。也許真正動人的，從來不是表演本身，而是那一雙雙仰望舞台的眼睛。即使是低年級的孩子，也能在短暫的時光裡，將世界安靜地捧在手心。

演出將近尾聲時，淑楨老師忽然落下一筆「神來之筆」。在團員竹君的束琴伴奏，全場孩子齊聲唱起生日快樂歌。因為，我的生日才剛過了一天。

那是一首無法複製的旋律。沒有排練，沒有修飾，卻比任何舞台燈光都明亮。那不是合唱團，而是天地暫時借來的聲音。純淨、坦率，像宇宙替我輕輕拍了拍肩。那一瞬間，我彷彿站在幸福的中央，被時間溫柔地停了下來。

混障的演出，多半行走於校園之間。接下來，我們也將如學生一般，迎來短暫的寒假與春節。待三月風暖、花開有聲，我們會再度上路，帶著輪椅的痕跡、麥克風的回音，障礙者的才藝和生命故事現身說法，以及那些被孩子們照亮的瞬間，繼續在世界的某個角落，為「生命教育」悄悄播下一顆會發光的種子。

On a cold winter morning, the Mixed-Disability Variety Troupe held its final campus performance before the Lunar New Year at Taipei Sanyu Elementary School, joined by students from Tianmu Junior High School. Supported by the Advantech Education Foundation, the performance transformed the chilly auditorium through the pure, heartfelt voices of children and the sincere expressions of life education.

The highlight came when the entire audience unexpectedly sang “Happy Birthday” to the writer, creating an unrepeatable and deeply moving moment. As the troupe prepares for a short winter break, they look ahead to returning in spring—continuing to share stories, talents, and hope, and planting quiet yet luminous seeds of life education wherever they go.
