12月16日全國公務人員協會決議，李來希理事長指示，決定成立強?

行動聯盟緣起
一，4月28日高雄市教育產業工會辦理「退休年金改革風暴與因應研習活動」，邀請公務人員協會李來希理事長擔任講座，會後座談決定成立軍公教勞聯盟，以因應未來年金改革政策。
二，5月20日即將上任之新政府，將成立「國家年金改革委員會」，目前參與聯盟運作並獲邀擔任委員者，有李來希（全國公務人員協會），張美英（中華民國退休教師聯盟），劉亞平（全國教育產業總工會）……等人。
三，鑑於未來針對各項年金將進行改革，為使相關利害當事人參與政策制定，並有效監督未來年金制度的改革，因而計畫成立「監督年金改革行動聯盟」。
