The KAPISANAN ng mga PILIPINO sa TAIWAN in Chiayi City known as KAPITAN Chiayi, headed by Chaplain Father Greg Sebastian, has been actively serving the Filipino community since 1993. Dedicated to helping Filipino migrants in need, the church based community group also fosters unity and joy through community activities such as basketball tournaments and concerts, providing both support and meaningful entertainment for every Filipino Migrants.
