本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之公益性社會團體，提供醫療照護相關人員及其他對健康照護有興趣者之繼續教育相關課程，辦理主管機關或機構、單位委託之繼續教育業務，以促進我國醫療健康照護人員專業、服務及品質提升為宗旨。

本學會依相關法令推動及執行任務：
一、促進提升醫療、醫事、照護及相關健康管理人員之專業及服務品質。
二、促進國內外醫療學術之研究、交流及合作事項。
三、辦理精準健康照護人員繼續教育及專業認證。
四、促進會員間學術交流與合作。
五、強化與國內外專業組織交流與合作。
六、其他有關達成本會宗旨之發展事項。
