Cocoa Research Centre (CRC), the University of the West Indies (UWI) executed Cocoa Flavour Evaluation Training for participants from the Malaysian Cocoa Board (Lembaga Koko Malaysia) from 1st December 2022 till 3rd March 2023.

Lead facilitator: Dr. Darin Sukha, Research Fellow/Food Technologist, CRC, The UWI.

Supporting team: Dr. Naailah Ali, Vickeisha Lall, Shania Yip Ying and Krystal Eccles (CRC, The UWI).

The training comprised 6 virtual sessions and week-long face to face intervention.

CRC, The UWI looks forward to continued collaboration and exchanges with the Malaysian Cocoa Board.
