Entrepreneurship allows you to come home to your true self and what I've always known is this, I'm far from weak. I thank my parents for that.
So what has happened over the past few months...
REAAAAAAAAL WUK😫
👏🏾 WE CODE Caribbean is growing and the Region is responding 🇹🇹🇧🇧🇯🇲🇨🇺🇬🇾🇦🇬🇬🇩.
Being invited by CARICOM: Caribbean Community to participate in a major Regional moment is not incidental.
It reflects recognition of the value & quality of our work, our credibility, our commitment and our growing impact across communities.
What matters is:
✅We are now on the Regional radar🎯 We worked HARD for that.
✅Our programs are being seen as relevant beyond our immediate community 👭🏾👭🏾👨🏾🚀👩🏿🔬
✅Our work is aligned with where the Caribbean is trying to go
Yes, Projects will be put on pause but that does not signal weakness.
It signals that the vision requires the right partnerships, timing and scale of support.
That’s part of building anything designed to reach multiple communities or countries.
We are building initiatives that are structured for scale.
Organizations that reach this stage are NOT trying to prove themselves anymore. We are preparing to expand. And the evidence supports this empirically.
All that to tell you this Entrepreneur, KEEP GOING‼️The door cracked just wide enough for us to see what's on the other side and allyuh, it's beautiful 🏆✊🏿
Sincerest gratitude to our Team at WE Code Caribbean Trini Martin Shari PJ , K, Niks Fay Dell Josanne . AH LOVE ALLYUH‼️‼️‼️
