There is something incredibly powerful about hearing young women speak their truth out loud.
“I am brave.”
“I am creative.”
“I am kind.”
“I am beautiful.”
“I am honest.”
“I am me”
Not as an affirmation they hope will become true one day.
But as a reminder of who they already are.
This term at Yahweh Foundation has been dedicated to Unapologetically Me.
Not as rebellion.
Not as ego.
Not as becoming louder than everyone else.
But as a journey back to confidence, self-trust, authenticity, and the light that already lives within each of us.
Watching these young women witness and celebrate one another was a reminder that healing often happens in community.
When we feel seen.
When we feel safe.
When we remember our worth.
This is the work.
This is the future.
And it gives us so much hope. ❤️
