A heartfelt thank you to our speaker, Thecia Jenkins at yesterday’s virtual event for such a meaningful conversation in observance of International Women’s Day under the theme “Give to Gain”

Your powerful encouragement for women to give themselves permission to forgive themselves, let go of pain and trauma, give to themselves and simply be was a message of healing and empowerment.

We are grateful and appreciative for the wisdom and safe space you created for reflection and growth. 💜

Today, on International Women’s Day, I celebrate the strength, resilience, and courage of women everywhere. As the Founder of Women of Substance, I remain committed to creating safe spaces, raising awareness, and empowering women to rise beyond abuse and adversity.

This year’s theme reminds us that when we give support, compassion, and opportunity to women, we all gain a stronger, more just world. Let us continue to stand together, speak out against violence, and uplift one another.

To every woman, know that your voice matters, your story matters, and your life has purpose. 💜
