There will be socialising, helpful life tips, entertainment, refreshments and a chance to win prizes!

'Giveaway Tuesday!' is a monthly donations based event where good quality items are collected and redistributed to La Canoa residents.

The next occasion will be Tuesday 15th September, 2026, from 10 am - 5 pm!

The giveaway is open to the public from 1 pm - 5 pm.

All shoppers are to provide their own bags.

Do you have belongings in good condition that you no longer want? We accept: Clothes, shoes, books, toys, household items, building materials, appliances, plants, and more!

Instructor Rondell Ross has been putting our seniors through their paces and they have been loving every minute! Each session is impactful, adapted to their strengths, and full of vibes!

You can improve your stamina, strength, balance and overall health in a class of your peers where you are encouraged to strive, but at your own pace!

The 'Exercise for Seniors' class is every Thursday from 9 am - 10 am. It is FREE and open to all La Canoa residents 50 years old and over, and only $20 per session for other persons.
