Funeral for Comrade Khaimraj Seepersad will be held on Saturday 22nd August 2026 at 11am.

Venue: Boodoo's funeral home in Penal.

A gentle reminder to all comrades:

When a branch page shares news of the passing of a comrade, that space should remain one of respect, solidarity and condolences for the family and loved ones.

We can have disagreements with the Union. We can raise concerns, challenge decisions and demand accountability — that is part of trade unionism.

But there is a time and place for every struggle. A comrade's passing should not become the backdrop for our disagreements.

Let us continue to disagree where necessary, but never lose sight of our humanity, respect for our fallen comrades, and the solidarity that binds us.
