To be a hub for the collection and distribution of goods and services necessary for meeting the needs of citizens in need. Acts 9:36-37 & 39-42
At Joppa, there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated as Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did.
