"I cannot take credit for anything but God. And for those of you who have prayed and bruised your knees on my behalf, thank you." - Reuel Daniel
We pause to honor a man whose life is a song of resilience and whose return is a literal answer to prayer. In our "Seekers of Your Heart" service, we didn't just hear music; we witnessed a miracle.
For months, Reuel Daniel has been walking through a valley that he described as a "prison" a difficult, uncomfortable journey through the hospital that tested his strength and his spirit. But as he stood before us this Sabbath, he reminded us of the core of our faith: God is not looking for perfection; He is seeking hearts that seek Him.
Reuelās journey from Mount Hope back to the sanctuary is a testament to Godās hand at work. He spoke of the "angels" God placed at hospital desks, the family who fought for his life when "one more day would have been a funeral," and the daughter whose birthday wish was an anointing service for her father.
As a church family, we watched life move on while he had to "take a break," but we never stopped seeking God's heart for his healing.
Reuel, we don't just honor your talent we honor your testimony. We honor the "strong soldier" who faced a battle he didn't sign up for with a heart that never stopped seeking the Father. Whatever glory comes from this story, we join you in saying: God be praised.
Welcome Back.
