🍃🌿Happy World Ẹ̀là Day/Festival🌿🍃
Ẹ̀là is the living word: the divine force that gives power, potency and spiritual authority to spoken prayers, incantations and invocations within Ìṣẹ̀ṣe. Through Ẹ̀là, words become effective, gateways are opened and communication with the divine is made possible.
Known as Ẹ̀là ọmọ Òyígí, the miraculous child born through the divine work of Ọ̀rúnmìlà, Ẹ̀là became a student of Ifá and the sacred messenger between humanity, Ọ̀rúnmìlà and Olódùmarè. It is for this reason Oníṣẹ̀ṣe always say:
“Ẹ̀là rọ̀ wá!
Ọ̀rúnmìlà rọ̀ wá!”
invoking the divine presence before spiritual work begins.
Ẹ̀là represents truth, sacred speech, divine communication, spiritual alignment and the power of prayer itself. His festival remains one of the most important celebrations within Ìṣẹ̀ṣe, honoring the one who carries our voices to the heavens.
Ẹ̀là Àbọrú! Ẹ̀là Àbọyè! Ẹ̀là Àbọsíṣẹ!
