Throwback to May 8th as Whitehall and TATIL were illuminated in red in observance of International Thalassemia Day 2026. ❤️🩸✨

If love could be measured, perhaps it would be counted in the small things mothers do every single day.

The early mornings.
The sleepless nights.
The careful questions.
The brave decisions.
The soft words spoken when the world feels too heavy.

On Mother’s Day, the Thalassaemia International Federation - TIF celebrates the mothers of our global community, mothers who stand beside their children with tenderness and courage, who turn care into advocacy, and who remind us that hope can be held, carried, and shared.

To all mothers everywhere, and to every mother walking the journey: your love is not invisible.

It is the light by which so many keep going.

Happy Mother’s Day from SISBDTT🩸❤️
