Welcome to the She Chose Life Foundation, a local charity designed to provide essential clothing and supplies to babies born into disadvantaged families. Recipients include babies born into families recovering from domestic abuse, teenage pregnancy, mental health issues, unemployment or underemployment.
After years of casually rendering assistance on a regular basis, the Founder, Mrs. Carletta Figaro, a certified Baby Nurse who also lost her own mother to an abortion at the age of two, started the She Chose Life Foundation in July of 2017 to address the rise in excessive need for basic essentials among families with young children.
The She Chose Life Foundation started collecting baby clothes and supplies by reaching out to family, friends and anyone else who is able to help, to ensure that each baby in need receives a baby bundle with new and gently used infant clothing and essential supplies.
