Rotingo Online Door Prize – Summary Terms & Conditions

Each ticket purchased for Rotingo Online automatically qualifies the buyer for one (1) entry into the Virtual Door Prize Draw. The prize includes round-trip airfare to Taipei, Taiwan, five (5) nights’ accommodation at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, and registration for the 2026 Rotary International Convention (June 13–17, 2026).

The winner must hold a valid passport and any required travel visa for entry into Taiwan. If the winner is unable to travel due to visa issues or other personal circumstances, the prize will be forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The winner will be selected at random and announced during the event on December 13, 2025, with official confirmation sent via email.

All proceeds from Rotingo Online support the Rotary Club of Port of Spain’s community service projects. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and consent to the use of their name and likeness for event-related publicity.
