Hope Floats Foundation was born from a deeply personal journey by parents determined to give their daughters battling medical conditions a better quality of life. Through their experiences, they recognized the challenges many families face when seeking medical care and support — and from that realization, Hope Floats was created to help others facing similar struggles.

Built on the belief that no family should face difficult times alone, the Foundation continues to provide support to persons and families experiencing medical and social challenges throughout Trinidad & Tobago.

Our motto, “𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑶𝒇 𝒀𝒐𝒖”, carries a special meaning — representing both the love and hope these parents had for their daughters, and the incredible support received from donors, volunteers, organisations, partners, and every person who extended a helping hand along the way.

The rescue tube in our logo symbolizes hope in rough waters — a reminder that together, we can help carry each other through life’s storms.

To all our fellow “lifeguards” who supported us through donations, fundraisers, partnerships, time, resources, and acts of kindness over the past decade — thank you. This journey would not have been possible without you.
