Are you interested in improving how you manage your farm — strengthening your farm records and learning more about biodiversity-friendly farming practices?

The Cropper Foundation, in collaboration with IICA, NAMDEVCO and MIATD, invites crop-producing farmers to register for the Facilitating Finance for Biodiversity in Agriculture through Biotokens Farmer Training Programme.

Over five practical training sessions, farmers will gain knowledge and skills in:
✅ Good Agricultural Practices - GAP TT
✅ Agro-Biodiversity for Productive Farms
✅ Sustainable Farm & Agribusiness Management
✅ Farm Record Keeping
✅ Introduction to the FBPS digital platform and Biotoken initiative.

To do this, we’re relying on CSOs in Trinidad & Tobago to join our FREE 3-day AI-Driven Climate Policy Advocacy Workshop, led by our UNDP partners, to learn how to use KAI(kai.tt/signup), the Caribbean Climate AI Assistant, to strengthen your climate advocacy.

✅Must be interested in climate advocacy.
✅Required to participate in ALL 3 sessions.

❎No prior AI experience needed.
❎The focus of your organisation does not need to be mainly ‘environmental’

✨ What’s in it for you/your organisation?
US $100 stipend + Certificate + eligibility for a US$1,500 micro-grant ***ALL tied to full participation***

👉🏾We’re seeking passionate citizen journalists from across the Caribbean to participate in a regional programme designed to strengthen skills in environmental and climate storytelling.

As a Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 implementing partner of the Generating Ambition for Locally Led Adaptation (GA-LLA) programme in the Caribbean, coordinated by Caribbean Natural Resources Institute, TCF is hosting a Regional Capacity Building Workshop along with a Community of Practice and Knowledge Co-Creation Programme for a targeted cohort of storytellers.

Participants will develop practical skills to document and communicate stories centred on locally led adaptation (LLA) solutions, addressing environmental challenges, climate impacts, and community resilience.
