Asia Granderson, a 15-year-old girl from Aranguez, who left home for school on Friday, September 25, 2026, and did not return, has been safely located and is presently home.

The Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team (HSRT), under the leadership of Commander Shamsudeen Ayube, is pleased to confirm that Asia has been safely located.

FAZANA ROYSAM, 29, FROM BARRACKPORE, HAS BEEN SAFELY LOCATED!

Fazana Roysam, a 29-year-old woman from Barrackpore, was reported missing after she was admitted to the San Fernando General Hospital and subsequently left.

Searches were conducted by the Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team (HSRT), under the leadership of Commander Shamsudeen Ayube, and she was safely located by the organization.

MISSING MAN FROM PRINCES TOWN FOUND DEAD AT LA BREA BEACH

NYRON CHADEE / MC LEAN, 31 YEARS OLD, OF PRINCES TOWN

The body of Nyron Chadee / Mc Lean, a 31-year-old man from Princes Town who was reported missing, has been found at La Brea Beach.

Nyron was reported missing after he was picked up in a vehicle on Wednesday and did not return home.

Searches were conducted yesterday morning by the Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team (HSRT), under the leadership of Commander Shamsudeen Ayube. During the search efforts, Nyron’s body was found at La Brea Beach at approximately 2:00 p.m.

His identity was subsequently confirmed by his sister yesterday evening.

On behalf of the Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team, we extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to Nyron’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult and painful time.

We recognize the pain and grief that accompany the loss of a loved one, and our thoughts are with his family as they navigate this heartbreaking moment.

KAYLEE FINDLEY, 14 YEARS OLD, OF DIEGO MARTIN, IS MISSING:

Kaylee was last seen on Wednesday night, 7th October 2026. Since then, she has not been found, and her family is extremely concerned about her safety and well-being.

PRIME MINISTER WEIGHS IN ON VIRAL VIDEO

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar is weighing in on the public debate over the recording and posting of a minor who was found with an adult male. In a WhatsApp message today, she says, "So the problem is that the search group posted a video? I thought the problem would have been that a minor who was missing for 26 days, whose mother was looking for her, was actually found living in the forest with a 49-year-old man. I think most citizens in this country are very unaware to the reality of the magnitude of dysfunctional behaviour in society. The police will sort this out and the facts will be revealed."

The Prime Minister goes further to lament that, "our state security agencies and private search groups constantly have to waste money, time and human resources to search for people who have, 'disappeared', but who actually voluntarily went to live elsewhere with someone else. We could use these resources to search for actual legitimate disappearance cases."

She's advising those who are criticising to go out and search for missing people themselves. To the search team, she says, "continue your good work, but learn from this incident to avoid future problems."

The Prime Minister also shared advice to teenagers, some of whom she notes, 'want to act like adults, but as soon as the law intervenes, revert to being a child.'
The Prime Minister says, "That's not going to continue. If you want to behave or misbehave like adults, you will be treated like adults by the law. This lawlessness and the selfish attitude that has pervaded this country for decades has to end, or we will end up like Haiti in a few years. I wish everyone a wonderful week ahead."

The TTPS has confirmed that a minor was located in the company of an adult, but has not shared any official details of the case.

CARLOS MARIN, 16 YEARS OLD, OF SIPARIA, HAS BEEN SAFELY LOCATED!

The Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team (HSRT), under the leadership of Commander Shamsudeen Ayube, is pleased to inform the public that 16-year-old Carlos Marin of Siparia, who was reported missing, has been safely located and is presently back home.

Carlos reportedly left home to go exercising but did not return. A missing person report was subsequently made at the police station, and his family was very concerned about his safety.

SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR HSRT MEMBER HARLEY, who worked closely with Carlos's family and had a discussion with him, which contributed to his safe return home.

On behalf of the Registered Hunters Search and Rescue Team, under the leadership of Commander Shamsudeen Ayube, we wish Carlos all the very best for his future. May he continue to be safe, guided, and protected always.
