This Father’s Day, we celebrate the fathers, father figures, mentors, and positive male role models who show up, listen, guide, protect, and help our girls believe in who they are becoming.

Strong bonds are built through honest conversations, presence, encouragement, and love. When fathers and daughters talk, listen, laugh, and learn from each other, they help shape confident girls with stronger foundations and brighter futures.

Pretty Powerful is back - and his year, we’re helping girls ages 13–16 discover who they are, build confidence and charisma, use their voices, and understand how they can create change in the world around them.

Over two weeks, girls will take part in fun, practical sessions focused on self-confidence, personal care, leadership, sustainability, local food systems, caring for the environment, and becoming the kind of young women who lead with purpose.

📍 Trinidad: 115 Edward Street, Port of Spain
📍 Tobago: USC Campus, Scarborough
📅 July 20–30, 2026
🕘 Monday to Thursday | 9:00am–2:00pm
🍽️ Lunch provided
💛 Programme is free with a $200 application fee

Mercedez should be home right now. We are grateful that justice is moving but we are demanding that protection moves too.

Our girls cannot keep paying the price for systems that fail them. Safeguarding policies and frameworks need to be developed and enforced by Government, Community, All of us. It is time.

Share this or tag someone in a position of power. We need to act now with policy, resources and with urgency.

Pretty Powerful is back. 🌸✨

Our annual two-week confidence and leadership programme for girls aged 13–16 is open for applications.

Over two weeks, participants will explore meaningful conversations, hear from subject matter experts, and take part in hands-on activities designed to help them find their voice, build real friendships, and discover what it looks like to lead with purpose.

Applications are open for both our Trinidad and Tobago programmes but spaces are limited, and acceptance is not guaranteed, so don't wait.

The programme is free. Accepted participants pay a $200 registration fee to secure their spot.

Swipe for some cuteness overload! 🙈

Recently, we took some of our girls in Tobago to , and they left with a whole new appreciation for the wildlife we have right here at home.

We were amazed by how much there was to learn and by the work being done to protect our species and local ecosystems.

This Earth Day, we’re reminded that giving girls opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with nature matters too. Because when they understand the world around them, they’re more likely to care for it.
