• Contact the Archbishop’s Appeal Office
• Complete and sign three original Deed forms
• Submit with BIR stamp duty and administrative fee
• Make your donation (lump sum or instalments)
• Deed is registered with Inland Revenue
• Receive a tax credit of up to 15%
