Yes She Can The Yes She Can Project aims to encourage and motivate women to develop healthy lifestyle habits.

Yes She Can aims to motivate, educate, support and celebrate the successes of women. The goal of this project is to promote wellness in women with three main focus areas. It seeks to help women to appreciate that they have the power to make choices that will positively affect their lives and influence those around them. The three main areas of focus are:
• Physical Activity
• Healthy Eating Choice

We invite you to become a part of the Yes She Can Project. Our page will share recipes and wellness tips from professionals, along with experiences from women just like you. Sharing will empower us and we will become a strong base of support for each other sending out the message that 'Yes You Can!"

As we celebrate 10 Years of Impact, we’re excited to share a meaningful collaboration between and in support of the project.

This partnership makes it easier for supporters to help us reach our goal of 200 suits for male graduates in need. By allowing persons to donate directly toward the purchase of suits in-store, Bradford is helping us ensure that more young men can attend their graduation with confidence, dignity, and pride.

How you can help:
Visit select Bradford locations and donate the full cost of a suit or contribute toward the purchase of one. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal.

Our Royalty for a Night Collection Drive is officially underway and runs from March 28th to May 24th, 2026. We’re collecting new and gently used formal wear to support students who may not otherwise be able to attend their prom or graduation.

10 YEARS OF IMPACT — AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED!

We’re proud to introduce the Royalty for a Night – 10th Distribution Year Logo as we celebrate a decade of community, kindness, and opportunity.

For 10 years, this project has helped thousands of secondary school graduates across Trinidad and Tobago step into one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence, dignity, and pride. What began as a simple act of giving a gown, has grown into a powerful movement supporting young people through formal wear, mentorship, and life skills.

💛 Thank you to every donor, volunteer, partner, teacher, parent, and supporter who made this possible.

Every dress, suit, tie, clutch, or pair of shoes helps us wrap a little magic and joy for a young person in our community.
