Today, as Trinidad and Tobago processes the recent tragedy touching our nation, we pause to stand with every woman and girl affected by violence. 🧡

The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women marks the start of the 16 Days of Activism — a reminder that the work to create safer homes and communities must continue every day.

At KIND, we believe change grows from empathy, education, and everyday kindness.
Let’s work together to build a Trinidad and Tobago where women and girls are protected, respected, and empowered. 💛

KIND staff and volunteers including Alliance Française Trinidad and Tobago , prepared 223 meals on World Kindness Day for those in need.

And while World Kindness Day may be over, the heart of kindness continues — in every small action, every shared meal, every moment we choose to care. 💛
